Alpine Shapes Greeting Card

Title: Alpine Shapes Greeting Card

Oil on canvas

Size: 12 × 12 inches

I felt as carefree as a child while painting this piece. It’s a reaction to the joy and serenity I feel while in alpine wilderness.

Mountain and waterfall shapes tickled my senses. Indian Paintbrush flowers thrilled me. Black shapes in the painting represent deep forests.  Yellow shapes take me back to sunlit skies and mountain meadows against multiple shades of green.
